Lori Northrup serves as President of FOSH, Friends of Sound Horses, a not-for-profit horse humane organization. She is an entrepreneur who has started various companies, including a manufacturing company, Stride Tool Inc. She received a degree in finance from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from The State University of New York at Buffalo. Ms. Northrup enjoys trail riding and continuing to learn natural horsemanship with her Tennessee Walking horses and the Parelli program.

Will Walls serves as President of The Equine Education Alliance, a non-profit that promotes and provides education to horse owners so they will be better able to select, care for, and enjoy their horses. A retired Navy Captain, he is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate with a master's degree from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He served as an intelligence officer, commanding the Joint Intelligence Center Pacific in Pearl Harbor. He is currently active with the horse community in North Carolina, serving as a certified Regional Equine Information System (REINS) volunteer, coordinating a North Carolina State University Extension Horse Husbandry short course in equine studies for investigators, and participating with Wake Tech Community College developing a curriculum for animal services officers.
