Dr. Stephen Schumacher is the Chief Administrator of Testing Programs for the
United States Equestrian Federation's Drugs and Medications Program. He is a
graduate of the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He
participated in cardiovascular surgical research for the OSU Heart Transplant
Program, and research involving cardiohemodynamics and anesthesia at the OSU
College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been involved with Drugs and Medications
program for the past twelve years as a testing technician, testing veterinarian,
and is currently the Chief Administrator of the program.
